Awful experience, rude staff! Staff negate the feelings and perspectives of patient, rude to parents, asking questions. Overall incredibly unsatisfied with the service.

After waiting months for my daughters appointment I made the mistake of simply asking if the same nurses work there that did with Dr Guam . They immediately cancelled our appointment and are refusing to treat my daughter . I was just trying to ask questions, not upset and angry or anything . So I guess be ok with the nurses that we’re ok with abuse for years or don’t bother going there

I took my 3 year old daughter here today and we had the best experience. They completed the necessary work while my daughter was under IV sedation and she was completely asleep and comfortable. Dr Julie Knoll was very sweet and even called later that evening to see how my daughter was doing. Highly recommend this dentist!!

came with cavities and they decide to put sugar litteral sugar on my teeth for some reason and it causes me discomfort which i showed through facial expression and they tell me that it’s just a brown stain not a cavity but for known fact i know it’s a cavity worth dentist i have ever been to and i was treated like i was stupid. DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR PATLLA or however it’s spelt not a good doctor

DrGuam is a child abuser who gets off on making children suffer. Took my son there for a filling and he was screaming in pain. They told me to wait in the waiting room but I knew what I heard wasn't normal so I rushed in to see what was going on. DrGuam had his hand firmly over my son's mouth and was whispering "shut up, shut up". It was like a scene from a horror movie. I pushed this monster off my son and got out of there as fast as I could.

Please don't take your children to Dr. Gaum, worst dentist ever. My daughter to this day has extremely high anxiety because of the way he treated her 40 years ago.

My post to rate my Dr. was deleted for Dr. Errol Gaum why ?.........It was not this building my Daughter seen him that's even worst in was in Darmouth but just knowing he work's/owns this place it disuse me... I have been there twice with my Grandchild Thank Goodness they had someone else.... the place is gross the toys were all broke & not clean staff was not friendly @ all refuse to take my Granddaughter because we were late 12 mins we had called before very rude on phone also we had to rebook we live 4 hours away....

Dr Gaum is terrible with children and shouldn't be allowed alone with them ever. As a child I had a tooth pulled by him and he had the nurses hold my arms down and told me to stop screaming or he would give me something to scream about. I would NEVER bring a child to this joke of a dentist. Wasn't surprised at all to see him in the news because everyone I know from the area already dislikes his services and had something terrible to report. Take away his license!

Excellent staff and great dentists. If you have any nervousness, this is the place to go! Can finally say I enjoy going to the dentist!
