Rebalance MD

Bad experience with Rebalance MD in Victoria BC, knee injection was done in a very uncaring manner, expected relief from pain and it never happened, pain has only worsened, contacted Rebalance Dr. Sidhu who performed injection and asked for referral for extra exams - MRI or CT Scan, he refused and advised to take Tylenol, ignoring the obvious need to clarify original diagnosis of knee condition

I am finding that although they seem to be a very professional and caring group of Health Care people, it is very frustrating dealing with their online website. It doesn't work worth a tinkers damn, and they don't seem to care that it is very frustrating for patients to deal with! They won't fix it though they know it doesn't work very good. If I could afford it, I'd go private!

An impersonal cattle call fronted by dimwitted layers of reception and uncaring doctors. It was “too early in the morning” for contact person to explain where office was. Could not bother mentioning that they have separate entrances for various specialties. Sent 6 forms in advance that are far more intrusive than necessary and require waiver to use your data. Waited weeks to get results and was given several evasive and conflicting answers on why my GP had not received results.

Berger is a liar and untrustworthy. Do not see him. Do not offer good advice nor good care.

Rebalance is a conveyor belt format where they treat you like a piece of meat, and then release you without any effective form of treatment. !!! CAVEAT EMPTOR !!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

I just have had my hip replaced by Dr J.McInnes. From day one( 4 months ago ) to now , everything was smooth....perfect. Julie, my "navigator" was always there to help. The operation was smooth and I was home by the evening. The day after, I received a nice call from Dr. McInnes to find out how I was. So: PERFECT,PERFECT and PERFECT ! We are lucky to be cared for here in BC by such nice ,competent people.....

Dr Camus replaced my knee last year. He and his assistants are amazing and the care I received was exceptional. He asked me to come back in one year for a follow up appointment - easier said than done. Reception at Rebalance is the worst. They do not answer the phone and request that you leave only one message and they will return the call within one business day. Three days later and I’m still waiting. Reception is the reason for the low “services” rating and is no reflection on all the other medical services they provide.

Berger is a self satisfied physician who does not care about his patients. He is also keen to deny truths that happened and to cover himself when he makes errors by lying about them and gaslighting you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!

Dr. S. Burnett performed hip replacement for me a month ago. So far everything is going well and my experience with him is 5 Star!
