Dr Phillips is the best Doctor ever. He has been my Doctor for over 20 years and I wouldn’t see anyone else. He listens and talks to you. You don’t have to worry he is watching the clock when you are with him. I would totally wait as long as it takes in the waiting room because I appreciate the fact he cares and listens to his patients.
