Not pleased with the unprofessional behavior from the office staff. Caused me to wait around by the phone an entire day only for 10 days later to get a letter in the mail saying that no matter how hard they tried to get me to confirm my.appointment that I failed to do so. Well I check my phone regularly I literally work on my phone so I'm usually looking at it. No missed calls nothing since I was told when my appointment was and that it would be over the phone. They use unprofessional and rude wording in the cancelation mail and I'm still left untreated. I would avoid this place like the it was covid-19 ppl. Just excuses to fee u and not do any work.
