The staff that work the front desk are rude and condescending, incompetent.. It took them over two weeks to get a refill request from the pharmacist to my doctor. In an opposite it took them over a week to send the refill to the pharmacist.. The minute I questioned what had happened took so long. They ran to the doctor said I was swearing being disruptive and rude. And rather than giving me a chance to even tell my side of the story and naturally the pharmacist side of the story... Dr Gordon dismissed me as a patient. Probably just as well. I wasn't overly impressed with his attitude either. First by telling me he's going to give me a chance and then giving me a warning as if I were a 5 year old child. I'm almost twice his age. I advised him to read his own reviews that are being posted about this clinic his staff and himself.. So as a result of being dismissed. I thought I should write one of my own and warn unsuspecting new patients coming to that clinic..
