Kwok Kuen Ng Clinic Coquitlam

Dr. Ng is the family doctor of my parents. My father had heart surgery 2 months ago. Recently his condition has declined. I was trying to contact this doctor to consult his opinion on how this should be handled However, he is so hard to find. The phone line is busy all the time, or no one will pick up the phone. If you could get through the line you would be lucky. There is no voicemail indicating clinic hours. No emergency contact number, no fax number, email or other phone number people can contact him. There are also no signs showing at the clinic for the hours or indication of vacation. For one time I needed to pick up a letter, it's the owner next door told me the clinic closes on Wednesday. Basically no way to get a hold of the doctor if you're not lucky enough to catch the moment the reception lady there picks up the phone. It is also extremely hard to book an in person appointment.

This is the worst doctor ever. Late on response. Make you wait for phone appointment from 2-5 but not phoning you until 6. No one pick up the call or calls always busy. No voicemail can be left. No personal visit. Always by phone only. Basically you will just be very frustrated if you have a doctor like this one.
