Village Mall Walk in Clinic

Excellent clinic but they have this mentally disturbed , female doctor there. I saw her once, and will never ever agree to see her again. Annegret Kotse. Should not be allowed to be a practising physician.

I have been extremely pleased with my visits to the village mall walk in clinic except for one doctor named Ann Kotze. You absolutely want to avoid any consult with this GP, and if you look at her ratings on Rate MDs you will see that a lot of people agree with that.

The rudest staff ever Never saw a rude disrespectful staff like that before. Except for Dr. Ohandjanian is grate he is the best

Everyone there was kind and respectful. No waiting at all. Dr. Grabe was very thorough and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this clinic!

Imagine absolutely needing to see a doctor, and 9 out of 10 times in a row they are full for the day and they've only been open 20 mins. Then imagine this being the trend for over 5 years. Two of the docs are horrendous and only a couple there actually feel like they care about their job. Dr. Ohanjanians, Dr. Swanepoel and the desk staff are the only saving graces to this clinic. 10/10 will hate having to go again because it is all that is close and I can't travel, nor afford cabs. Believe me, I would go literally anywhere else if I could. Although, I'd rather have crap help, then no help so I do appreciate what they have done for me.

I find the Nurses, Receptionists and Doctors very good. I read some reviews and heard a lot of complaints of people waiting and others getting in before them. They have regular patience and walk in. If your a regular patient you book your appointments by phone. I know there are not enough doctors but we have to have a lot more patience. I would rather wait an hour than 12 hours or more at the hospital.

This place opens by 8 and it’s full by 8:10 how can you be open for 10 minutes and be full for the whole day, seeing as some people don’t have a family doctor there they won’t do appointments, and ONLY walk ins. This place is ridiculous

Extremely rude front desk, very militant. I would Not recommend this clinic.

Awesome experience. The receptionist was super helpful. They were full and not taking walk ins so I went in to ask a good time to come. And they made room for me right away!! I’ve had class 1 drivers medicals several times over the years. It was the most thorough professional caring experience I’ve ever had. Dr Ohanjajians did a much better job than any dr before him in my opinion. Thanks to Village Medical. I really appreciate it.
