So disappointed they cancelled my appointment the day before, found they was not accommodating at all. Been waiting for my appointment for about a year and they go ahead and cancel without letting me know. Wish I would have been able to rate the DR but it’s hard when they keep cancelling appointments on you. Disappointed in this clinic.

Dr. Basarab is fine. His front desk staff and assistants can use a lesson in bedside manner and professionalism. No need to baby talk an adult, or be snide regarding insurance and coverage questions. Send in documents when needed in a prompt manner.
