I was ecstatic when I heard I'd finally be getting a doctor late last year. Unfortunately, Dr. Omo has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in 3 out of my 4 appointments. First, when describing symptoms of exhaustion, they cut me off to ask if it was physical or mental exhaustion, and when I attempted to tell them both physically and mentally exhausted, they cut me off mid sentence to bark at me 'no, I'm asking if it's physical OR mental. You need to book a separate appointment for mental exhaustion'. At this point I had been short of breath tying my shoes, and needing to sleep after being awake for 4 hours, despite being on a stimulant for ADHD. Dr. Omo disregarded all of my symptoms, stating that they only had a specific amount of time to talk to me. This doctor was 10 minutes late coming into my appointment, so instead of getting my entire 30 minutes, I was ushered along (I'm assuming as an attempt to make up time they had used elsewhere). Today, I was supposed to have a phone call with this doctor as I have fallen ill with some sort of infection (again). As I was unable to get a prescription from the pharmacist for an antibiotic, or an in person appointment for another week, I opted for this option. Dr. Omo did not call, and reception at the clinic was very kind, but were also unable to get ahold of the doctor whom was working from home on this day. The reception were understanding of my situation which was nice, the staff and nurses are great at this clinic. I'm very disappointed specifically at Dr. Omo. I'm unsure why they feel the need to be dismissive of me, but it's caused a lot of distress. (For the record, I am 29f, healthy weight, with blood work levels dropping steadily over the last year. A history of cancerous cells in my uterus, extremely painful/unstable menstrual cycles, and have lost 60lbs in less than a year.)

I would’ve given a bad rating back in the day, having dr Harding as a family doctor. Now I have Dr.Baril and I will never switch doctors. She’s amazing, easy to talk to, very helpful and makes you feel calm and actually helped at the end of the visit.

I have been in chronic pain for over 20 years with degenerative arthritis. I have 5 cervical fusion, 5 lumbar fusions, a hip and knee replacement, fibromyalgia, migraines and more. Dr. Haig is helping me to live a real life with meaning. I do normal everyday things like shopping, gardening, exercising all within moderation. He doesn’t talk at you but converses with you and let’s you decide what you want to try to see what works for you.

Worst clinic I've ever been to and worked for. Very unfriendly.
