today date, the worst doctors office experience I've ever had. Doctor was extremely rude and the facility was disgusting and dirty.

As per the CPSA, the reason for terminating the relationship must be clearly documented in the patient's chart. An advanced notice must be given (verbal or written) to the patient to ensure continuity and timely transfer of care. According to this information, that never happened. I was just kicked out . Had no idea until I tried to make a new appointment. Pathetic business practice

I really like Doctor Sonpar , he has been my doctor for 15 years. He is always available and makes sure I get the care I need.

Our Dr. Sedlak was compassionate toward us because we live in poverty. He use to give us a lot of medical freebies. I believe this is why Smyth clinic will no longer allow us to be a patient of the Clinic. We got cut because we're poor and Dr. Sedlak is no longer there. This is discrimination against poor people.

Smyth clinic abandoned Dr. Sedlaks patients. No humanity here.

I’ve been going there scince I was a child I like it

I have been going to the smyth clinic my entire life, I never complained till now when my family doctor told me to trust him with my mental health more then my psychologist, I as well messed up my knee somehow and went in to get an x-ray and was told if the x-ray came up clean it and I quote “a really bad sprain” what is that even supposed to mean?! I asked two different doctors in the clinic in hopes of a referral for a psych evaluation and both got comments asking why i even needed one in the first place because i seemed fine, and was told all that a psych would do is push pills on me and it wouldn’t benefit my life what so ever. They both said to me that they could do just as much as a psychologist yet when i ask them questions about certain mental diagnosis they don’t even know what they are

I've been going to Smyth Clinic almost my entire life, with one main doctor and a backup. Even after moving out of Leduc, I would commute back as my doctors were amazing. Reception service always friendly and efficient. I've been seeing Dr. Sonpar for years and his care is exceptional, with Dr. Yue holding the fort when the occasion calls for it. I have a multitude of conditions that require constant monitoring, and my time is never rushed or wasted.

Dr. Sedlak has moved on to greener pastures and Smyth Clinic will not refer his patients to other doctors within Smyth Clinic leaving us high and dry. Unacceptable. If you were one of Dr. Sedlaks patients and were referred to another doctor within the Smyth clinic please respond. Personally I don't believe Smyth Clinic. I think Dr. Sedlaks and his patients are being punished by Smyth Clinic for personal reasons. We're a disabled seniors living in rural AB. Access to a doctor is limited so it looks like we'll be using ambulances and wait to die at home.

How about reading your reviews. If it wasn't for the shortage of doctors I would tell everybody to go elsewhere. Let's abandon them and see how they like it. Just spoke to media.
