Horrible receptionists. Very rude and not helpful.

I live nearby and have been coming here for years, both with appointments for my family doctor and as a walk-in when she is not available. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour, even as a walk-in. The doctors are kind and efficient and while the front desk does not often answer phones, they do answer text messages and you can simply make an appointment online too.

Very bad service. I took my autistic son there , we have to wait 2 horas, he got out control first and nobody see him..we left. How about clients priorities????…receptionists talking and asking personal issues very blurted out in front all waiting patients…how about confidential???..I never come back there 😟😟

Receptionists are unfriendly. I don't feel welcomed when I walk in. I feel like I am disturbing them. A smile and pleasant tone would be a huge improvement.

The receptionists are absolutely awful; Very unfriendly and rude. I was also laughed at by one of their doctors when sharing my symptoms and concerns. Don’t go here unless absolutely necessary

Absolutely horrible service. If you want a clinic that answers your calls on time or at all DO NOT GO HERE. I have NEVER had this bad of an experience at an office. Awful reception that since December 17th cannot seem to accept a fax or even send one to a different clinic. If you wanna have a fax sent 6... YES SIX TIMES without it being seen then this is the place for you! I've had these issues constantly from the moment I figured out these guys existed and regret ever having my name in their system; their inability to release psych reports is abhorrent. If I had the patience to report this clinic to the CPSA I would have but I've been far too occupied NOT receiving my medication that my life has derailed because of this clinic's inability to get me the **** out of their system and to a new doctor. The only way to get these folks to send a release form through fax is to stand and wait in their waiting room until you see it with your own eyes. Do not trust these inexperienced and flat out unprofessional people with your medical life. I beg of anyone thinking of going to this place to go somewhere slightly further so you don't have to go through what I have and I'm sure dozens of others. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Garbage. My doctor moved here and didn’t bother notifying me. I can’t even get ahold of reception. Pathetic places like this exist.

Receptionists are so unprofessional and have no customer service. Please do not waste your time calling them, leaving a Voice message Or texting. You can never get through the line to get an appointment. I have to go to the clinic to book an appointment. Every rude interactions I have with the reception is that “there is 15 doctors working and we don’t have time to pick the call or reply to people.” I would tell the management to please either hire more front staff or change the rude staff. This is not an excuse to keep hiring more physicians and no allied staff to support patients. I am looking to change our family doctor to someone else. I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years since I live close by but what an unprofessional staff and clinic. Please do not go here. Waste of my time

Dr Lewicki is the best doctor I’ve had ! She’s so kind compassionate and very good at her job . She doesn’t prescribe things when not necessary and she I’ll refer you on if needed . I can’t say enough good things . Thank you for all that you do

The front staff are horrible and lie to you. That is if you can actually get through to them or leave a message on their voicemail that is perpetually full. Their price policies for insurance forms are ridiculous although they will tell you they're following the guidelines. $150-250 to fill out a one page form.
