Doctors here don't care took in a patient with out appointment or AB health care before patients that had appointment. When I was finally see 2.5hr later then my appointment Dr kept trying to push pain killers then helping me fix my issue. I told him I do not like to take pain killers and would like a ultrasound to see if damage to my muscle but nope told me to see Acupuncture or physiotherapy, and I should take painkillers. I walked away with no help.

The front end staff have booked my twice in the last month. Both time my doctor wasn't working. My wife has also had several issues renewing prescriptions.

Had my appointment today and disappointed to the two receptionist, lack of communication skills and customer service, suddenly changed my appointment time after more than an hour without letting me know, not professional in this kind of job. Keep talking and laughing to each other that made people embarassed for nothing.

My mom came in Sunday having breathing problems. Another woman with an appointment specifically gave up her appointment time for my mom. The receptionist placed my mom at the bottom of the list instead of placing her in the woman’s spot. People with later appointments were seen and we kept getting pushed back. Meanwhile my mom is drowning in her lungs. The receptionist said if I prefer going to the emergency I was welcome to. This is totally unacceptable.
