Southwest Smiles Dental Clinic

Hello! I've been going to Southwest Smiles Dental Clinic for about five years now and had several procedures done with four of their dentists and cleaning from three different hygienists. Each person that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly while being extremely professional. As a minor genetic defect, Nature decided to leave out four teeth in my mouth... so, for > 50 years I had four gaps in my smile and, of course, the teeth all shifted around. Dr. Misha Susoeff managed to straighten my teeth up and only need to put three implant teeth in to fill the four spaces. Personally, I have seen a more-than-average number of dentists (15-20 from Canada, US, and few other countries) and have never seen such facilities and service... they can even make you a crown on site! Now my teeth look and feel great! And, my wife left her long-time dentist and ex-classmate for Southwest Smiles as well. I have nothing bad to say and have been personally urging my friends to switch to Southwest Smiles.

This clinic is beautiful, modern, friendly and efficient!

Avoid Dr. DeSerres for complicated procedures. Although she is friendly, I’m not confident that she is trained enough to perform more involved dental work. Dr. Susoeff, on the other hand, is great but it can be difficult to get an appointment with him since he is so busy.

Dr. Jessica DeSerres pulled a molar and then was to do an Implant later. She botched the extraction so bad that when I came back for the implant and was told the prices and estimate were much more then I was originally told - I walked out. Found a much better clinic. Never going back here.

I was consulted by Dr. Jessica DeSerres. She was 40 minutes late. A few patients in the clinic walked barefoot even without socks in pandemic time. Two days later, I haven’t received any phone call with an estimate, as was promised during the consultation. Two weeks later, I had to call to the clinic and was told that my case was too difficult for Dr. Jessica DeSerres, and Dr. Susoeff was too busy. I was not referred to another doctor and was suggested to look around by myself. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

I was referred to Dr Suseoffs clinic by Rizzoli denturists , Hands down best dentist and clinic in Edmonton!! Very thorough and highest level of care.

I became a patient of Dr Suseoff prior to opening his new clinic. I had come from a dentist who insisted that implants were too expensive, and I would be better off with dentures. That lasted for a week. I was recommended to Dr. S by my sister's denturist. Best thing I ever did. His services are so reasonably priced and he goes above and beyond what is required, saving me from expensive procedures. Proud to be a Patient! Andrea Trueman

This clinic is so clean and pristine you can tell that Dr. Susoeff put his whole heart into his clinic, staff is very kind and accommodating! I would highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone!
