Magna Medical Clinic

Staff don’t pick up the phone when I call. I have to call Magna Medical Clinic phone number over and over and over and over and eventually staff will answer the phone, but sometimes they will pick up put me on hold as soon as they pick up and never come back to talon to me after I was on hold for some time. It is frustrating. If I go there in person and ask to see the Doctor, they will tell me they are not taking any more walk ins. I can’t make an appointment to see a doctor at Magna medical clinic, I can’t see the doctor when I go there in-person. The staff are basically gatekeeping and preventing me from seeing the doctor. They all need better training than that.
