Je suis tres reconnaissante d’avoir accès a ce médecin nommée Julie Leblanc Hildebrand pour pouvoir être servie en français par une femme d’experience compétente et attentive. J’ai confiance que son temps est bien utilisé car avec moi elle est efficace et respectueuse.

I really my doctor like Dr Julie, because I finally found a woman physican after a 2 year search. A nightmare. The only problem I have is there has been no follow through after certain things were discussed at an appointment. In my mind this is a big issue. I waited for 2 months for a specialist appointment which it turns out wasn't required. I was never informed about this until I went into the office. I would have appreciated some feedback. I know doctors are busy but my mental health slowly deteriorated waiting for a appointmet I didn't need. I am again waiting for referrals and the wait continues agaun.

I find her kind, straight to the point with good bedside manner. She doesnt mess about and gets you referrals you need. The only improvements Id like to see, is more time with the doctor. I like to get everything dealt with in one appointment. I have mobility issues, so the option of phone sessions would be amazing as well. Overall, Its great to have a female doctor!

As a person with chronic illness and medical trauma I finally feel heard seeing Dr. Hildebrand. Yes, appointments run late but that is because she spends close to 30 min with patients making sure all the needs are covered. It may take a month to get in for an appointment but the office manager can triage based on urgency. When I had been in hospital and needed to follow up I was in to see the Doctor within the week. Dr. Hildebrand’s bedside manner cannot be matched. And the biggest plus- she doesnt gate keep specialists, if you need to be seen she will send you. Lastly, as a military veteran who often has paperwork and a long list of injuries the patience this Doctor has cannot be matched. Regarding front end staff- I’ve only ever had any conflict with one of the receptionists and to be fair my ability to understand and communicate was severely impacted that day due to my illness. I have witnessed the staff often being mistreated due to people coming in much later than walk in hours and being upset they can’t be seen so it was fair to be frustrated with me as well. The staff has also allowed me to wait in my vehicle and be called in when it is my turn so as an immune compromised person that is a HUGE plus.

I don't see how having to wait a month to see a Doctor is even remotely acceptable. That's pretty much the same as not having a Doctor at all except for maybe a physical. I don't think most people call their Doctor to see them unless it's somewhat urgent. Anything can happen in a month so I guess it's off to the walk in clinic. She obviously took on too many patients.

If you like waiting an hour over your appointment time this is the place for you. I have never once got in on or under an hour after my appointment time. They overbook and do not care

Dr. Hilderbrandt and the staff at Beverly Medical Clinic have absolutely no regard for time. I was waiting for 2 hours before I left, and the entire time I was there I never heard them call one patient in. Each time I asked the staff was rude and dismissive and had NO valid information. One of the front reception staff refused to even make eye contact... Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Don't go to this office or this doctor, this level of disregard for patients is a regular thing for this office and Doctor, read the reviews on either.

Dr Hilderbrandt had been my doctor for two years and suddenly I’m told that she is not my doctor that she didn’t take me on as a patient and I have to look for a new doctor. This is beyond unprofessional and I am filing a formal complaint with the college of physicians and surgeons.

I was very pleased with my communication Dr. Hildebrand. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, but at the same time attentive. I was extremely happy to find her and have her as my family doctor. As for the clinic: the wait time was almost non existent, facility is clean and very good. Overall great experience.

This practice is terrific. Dr. Julie combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. . Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.
