OMG, head for the hills! If not for the shortage of doctors this clinic and Dr. (McEvoy) would have been out of business years (decades) ago. They obviously know this. Bottom tier patient care. Expect long inexcusable and unexplained waits even if you are an early morning appointment. Staff and GPs do not have the same regard for your attention to booking a time in advance, much less any "walk ins accepted". Among the many negative and unacceptable stories, had to sit through listening to staff gossiping about a patient (and *not* in a very nice or professional way either, actual mocking), pretty much the norm there. Had been warned by a friend who is was a medical professional there a few years back, but had no choice as I did not have a GP at the time. Thankfully have a wonderful physician now and the staff is very dedicated. Have never had to wait more than 5-10 mins, I feel bad if I'm not there early and the current dr's office is super new, clean and modern. Miracles do happen. Pray you don't have to go here long. Paid (FALSE and autobot) reviews are posted online all the time, so here's one written for real from experience. Enough of the posted nonsense regarding dr who is so "patient" and listens. Not really accurate when they can't behave professionally or value the patients' time or existence. More likely, just sheer relief and sense of adulation you finally get to see any dr after long, arduous waits in lobby without having to listen to any more disparaging comments, cringing from uninterested staff, and sitting through hours of mindless Food Channel in the lobby. Torture. Good luck!

Although negative for Covid, we were DENIED to be seen by a walk in doctor (Dr Orlando) on October 17 2022, because my four year old son presented a clear runny nose and a persistent wet cough for the last four weeks. I was told by the staff that Dr Orlando's "RULES" were he doesn't see patients that present symptoms. I'd love to be educated on what a walk in doctor is for then...I am more than disgusted with being turned away, despite my child and I both wearing masks, following protocols and taking covid tests before heading out into the public. (this was not a front end staff problem, in fact she looked embarrassed to even tell me no). I will make sure everyone in my life will know our story and mistreatment by this on call Doctor's so called rules.

Collingwood Crossing Medical has been a wonderful clinic to visit. From the friendly and efficient staff at the front desks, to the nurses and doctors in the building, everyone is very kind and helpful. I almost never wait long in the waiting room, and my appointments are kept by the doctors and staff. My Dr. (Keiko Chan) is a professional and kind person, who cares about my needs and listens to my concerns. I have always felt taken care of by her. I can’t recommend the clinic (and my Dr.) highly enough!

Dr. Mischenko is always frustrated at being behind ..and will take it on you. she doesnt have to listen and definitely doesnt care at all about her patients-just the quota she needs to fill for her paycheque. No knowledge about Canada and its policies around disabilities.

I like my Dr, but not the practice. The penalty fees for missing an appointment or worse cancelling too late are an affront to the principles of patient centered care. I get that DNAs are a problem for physicians, but it puts me off wanting to book an appointment in case I don't end up making it or needing it for some reason. Will probably look elsewhere for my routing care now.

My doctor and diabetic nurse are top notch. Location is easy to find and there is ample parking. Doctor is on time and very professional. Would definitely recommend ♥️

Receptionist is a very rude woman, doesn't want to book new patients. I was told doctor was booking months in advance, she laughed while saying it. Then when I told her I would take the date she seemed completely floored that I was taking the booking.

Excellent care for decades from Dr. Jackman & Dr. Romano. Convenient having Pharmacy right next door too.

It used to look like a crappy Medicentre in a shabby little strip mall - but they finally renovated and it's much nicer (and bigger) on the inside than the outside. The staff are friendly enough and very efficient in their efforts to not keep you waiting too long. Keep in mind that the adjoining MediSpa and mediSpa cosmetic procedures are what is paying for this facility - so most of the 'patient care' is favored towards the MediSpa cosmetic patients over the regular clinic patients.
