The staff and doctor here are great. The facilities are very clean and there is a pharmacy downstairs for convenience.

Doctor is knowledgeable and willing to send for tests when needed. However, the clinic is nearly impossible to reach to book appointments. Messaging system that either hangs up on you even during open hours, or has you leave a message that no one ever responds to. Every time I've had to call in the past year I have to try dozens of times to reach someone to make an appointment. Very inconvenient. Having a good doctor is useless if you can never get an appointment to see her.
