Dr. Basati is one of the best physicians I have ever met—professional, empathetic, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to schedule an appointment with him. I have been trying for the past two months, and each time I call, I’m told to call back the following week. Additionally, my experience with the reception staff has been frustrating. The level of customer service has been disappointing, and it feels like there is little effort to help patients secure appointments. This makes accessing care unnecessarily difficult, despite the high quality of the physician himself.

Doctors are good but reception staff needs proper client services skills, very rude, ignorant, arrogant. They behave like they are doctors themselves, need extra training along with MOA training, especially Asian ones don’t respect anyone

Dr Toussi is very nice and appears to be very professional the staff are also nice

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Doctors are bad and receptions even worst.

Dr Toussi listens , is polite takes time when you wish to discuss anything new . And is very caring Dr.

Doctors are really really nice over there specially doctor meenakshi nanda is one of the bestest doctor but the receptionists over there are terrible,they actually dnt know how to treat and talk to a patient .They are always very very rude .i have never seen such a worst patient/client service.
