Village Lane Dental Centre

This office used to be great when it was privately owned and operated by caring doctors. It’s now ran by dental corp, a big corporation, and it’s lost all its credibility and values. You can tell there are still some great staff there but most of the good ones have left. And for good reasons, POOR MANAGEMENT! I can’t even believe what that manager lacks! Weak link, nightmare to deal with. I feel for the staff there, and NOT surprised at the high turnover! No appreciation, poor pay, false promises, large corporations say they offer things but find ways around them. Heed this warning, steer clear from this one weather you are looking for a new dentist OR a place to work.

Very rude receptionist and appalling service form one of the dentists. Did not own up to their mistakes and put one of my close family members through agony and never solved the problem. We won’t be back and do not recommended this dental office to anyone.

Yeah its clean inside but I think they are RACIST against people of color, very rude receptionist and dentists very picky about who they want to service. THE RACISM IS STRONG IN THIS DENTAL OFFICE SO ONLY GO HERE IF YOU ARE WHITE, THATS THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL SEE YOU, GOODBYE, HALF ASSED DENTAL OFFICE.

Best dental office over. So huge, it’s the largest dental office in Okotoks. Staff there are so nice and Doctors are amazing.
