It is very sad and clinically pathetic that the office is truly run like a factory with no care for patients at all. One can never schedule an appointment easily. Often requires days of reaching their answering service, being placed on hold to be hung up on, leaving messages that are unreturned, and then maybe if lucky, finally get an appointment for weeks or months out. Dr. Frankel is not bad but he is complicit by not hiring better staff to manage his schedule and daily administratative operations. This not only goes for scheduling staff but it is impossible to schedule procedures as well. Thankfully my elderly mother has me to assist with this. I cannot imagine a compromised individual dealing with this office on his or her own. Regrettably we will be going elsewhere and even more regrettably, they won't even care. Please note that these issues well preceded covid so that cannot be to blame.
