Dr. ROGALSKA has been our family doctor for the few years she has been in the clinic until she took leave and moved, which saddened us as she was excellent. Very attentive and caring and even came outside to vaccinate us in front of the clinic when COVID limited access. Nothin was going to stop her from caring for her patients and during this time even the phone consultations were excellent and not hurried. We were also impressed with her work collecting medical supplies for Ukraine. Just another example of her dedication to care. We were sad to see her move on and wish her the best as she is one of the best. Thankful for family doctors and those who mentor others.

In her usual competent manner Dr Rogalska took extra time to correct a confused prescription problem for me. She has confidently and effectively cared for this 83 year old for the last 3 years on every occasion I needed her help.

She is the best. Fast, thorough, competent. Looks up answers on her phone to give the patient a detailed response.

She inherited me from her two excellent predecessors and I could not be happier with her empathy, obvious competence, care and patience with old people like me and my younger family members who are also patients. We surely lucked in with our family doctor. The front end staff are helpful and efficient but the sign about abusive behaviour is irritating and a bit aggressive which makes one feel uneasy about asking any questions.

Can’t believe these are for the same Dr I have. She has no bedside manner, no empathy or understanding and abrupt. Was so frustrated after my call. I wouldn’t recommend her. Let’s wait and see if this negative review will be posted. I know I’m not the only one frustrated with her.

Dr. Roglaska is phenomenal! She is genuinely caring and goes out of her way to make sure you feel heard and comfortable. She has made every effort to make sure I'm healthy and even called me at the start of the pandemic to make sure I was alright. Definitely thankful to have her!

Even in these difficult busy times this doctor maintains a pleasant and cheerful attitude going about her business of meeting the needs of her patients most patiently and professionally as I experienced today.
I am extremely pleased with her and feel secure that she does everything within her control at the highest level of caring and efficiency.

She seems to be genuinely concerned when you sit down and speak with her. She has a big personality and is quite outgoing. Not having chosen her as a doctor but handed down when Dr. Rae retired, and then Dr. Gervais stepping away from her practice, I think she is a good fit. Her office and staff, well they're frustrating. The office has become too big and serves too many patients and you can only imagine how many people these ladies deal with during a day, which is to say... they aren't always the nicest to deal with, let alone, trying to get a hold of your doctor

She is my family doctor. She has been helpful during appointments but rarely fills my prescriptions. Recently I had to call multiple times in order to get my prescription filled (took 2 weeks) and to get a referral to a psychiatrist. She never did either of these things, I had to seek out a different doctor to help me. This is not the first time she has taken too long to fill prescriptions- my mom who also is her patient needed medication which Dr. Rogalska failed to fill, which led my mom to be in a lot of pain and discomfort. Overall, I am not satisfied with her.

I am so very pleased that I have been so fortunate in having accepted as a patient.
Hopefully she is paying special attention to hor own health during this most difficult time for all doctors
and care givers .... I am looking forward to having Dr Rogalska as my doctor for at least 10 more years when
