Unfortunately this doctor is very unwelcoming. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Lacks personal skills in my opinion and I'm looking to switch to another family doctor.

She is not listening to the patient at all . She is very unprofessional and unreasonable.

Thought we ended our relationship back in 2009. Surprisingly, when I called ServiceOntario I’m still registered under her program as of 2020. Very unfair.
The bad reviews are real. From what I remember I have had very bad experience with her. She never had time for me. Had to wait for an appointment for 3 weeks-1 months to simply get a sick note for school, or prescription for cold/flu symptoms. If you are young she doesn’t care about you. When I had an emergency situation she wasn’t able to accept me, the receptionist told me to go to hospital. Only because of “Family” physicians like her Hospitals are booked with non emergency patients.

She hardly listens to the patient, always in rush. For an appointment, I waited almost an hour until she visited me. Her receptionist doesn't answer phones. I wouldn't recommend this family physician. If you value your time and on top of that your health, find a better family doctor.

Helpful and professional staff!! Dr. Lukin is resourceful and paying attention to your problems.
Dr. Lukin's Office Manager Galina is very friendly and caring! It is such a pleasure to deal with both of them. Thank you for being there for us!
As a suggestion, it would be great to be able to make payments via Credit Cards.

Amazing doctor help me through out log time .she goes extra mile with patient .she is very knowledgeable and professional and caring and down to earth .thank doctor lukin foe being patient with me with my chronic pain .i am really appreciative foe helping me throughout this difficult time

Amazing doctor! Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Have severe anxiety when it comes to doctors, DR. Lukin made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, will never switch doctors!!!
