If this is the dr Dhillon practicing at Viva care Surrey Newton then DO NOT see her unless you are looking for a rude, arrogant dr, she has knowledge but she doesn't listen to you, she needs some serious training on how to speak to people, my wife who's pregnant thinks she doesn't deserve to see pregnant women as she doesn't put them at ease. I myself didn't believe my wife untill I saw dr Dhillon. Viva care drs are fine she's the only one not communicating well with people. If you don't like public service and went in to become a dr you are in the wrong field Madame.

I have been having severe stomach ache for the past 3 years and no one was able to diagnose what was wrong with me. I just learnt to live with it but while my family doctor was away, I went into walk-in and saw this doctor. Turns out i have celiac disease which should have been easy to diagnose by now. I am grateful that i decided to see her that day.

I took my young son in because he had been ill for a few days and was not getting any better. I usually see my family doctor at this clinic but due to a long weekend he was off. I tried to express my concerns with my son and she ignores what I had to say. Basically telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. I had been watching my son suffer for days and knew what I was talking about. He was working so hard to breathe that he was whaling in pain. I told her that he was wheezing and that it seemed like it was in his lungs. She told me that no it wasn't and that it's just mucus as babies breathe through their noses. She did it was a virus and gave us a prescription to fill which did not satisfy me. I knew he was sicker than she assessed. Turns out he had severe bronchitis and was admitted to children's hospital within hours. Had she listened to my concerns fully rather than cutting me off and offending my husband by telling him he dosent know how to hold our child, she would have seen what the emergency NURSE saw just by looking at my son. This doctor is very rude and very disrespectful to patients. Her attitude towards people is poor. She has this arrogance to her that she needs to let go of. I know she's a doctor and educated and worked for her designation. But that does not give you the right to put people down. She needs to improve her bedside manner.

Very impressed with the service and advise I received yesterday from Doctor Dhillon. She was able to understand my problem and made me feel very comfortable and heard. I am making her my family doctor. I am shocked to see the negative reviews but I personally had a great experience.

I very strongly recommend not seeing this Doctor. I've taken my son to see her twice unfortunately because she was the only doctor available that day. It makes sense why she was available, and why she is accepting new patients. I'll summarize it fairly quickly and strongly suggest not wasting your time seeing her. She chose to ignore the paediatricians recommendations that we had received a week earlier from the hospital. Not only ignore them, but berate me about them as if I made my diagnosis. After interrupting me and getting combative, I was just glad to leave there. Now most recently, we had to see her again today. My son has been throwing up for three days, and having stomach issues. She again continued to interrupt me, and ask the same simplistic questions multiple times, even though I kept giving her an answer. I'm not sure if she forgot my response, or just doesn't listen. Either way, she said nothing is wrong, and he is fine. I'm writing this review in anger and disgust at 12:35 AM. My wife and I are taking turns throughout the night, as there has been no progress since our wonderful doctor's visit. He's been throwing up and having stomach issues since. It's quite upsetting to know there are doctor's out there like this one. I'm definitely letting everyone know in her area to stay clear. I hope this helps everybody.

She doesn’t listen, and will jump to conclusions without hearing the full medical relevant medical history.
