Dr. Su is a resident and saw me in preparation for my seeing another physician. She came into the consulting room and said her name very rapidly - afterwards I had to ask her to repeat it. During the consultation, as I answered her questions, she invariably cut off the last words of my answer and went speeding on to her next question. She conducted a test and became exasperated because once or twice I didn't quite understand what she was asking me. She became progressively more distant and responded coldly to questions I had and to my need for clarity of information.
