Missed an appointment, now being told my presciption (which is unchanged) will not be refilled unless I see her first. problem is she is not available for 2 weeks. I need help and her office's response is to wait 2 weeks. heres to hoping i'm still around in 2 weeks

Very hard to get a hold of. Cancelled and no showed several of my appointments. I know life happens but some of us are in bad shape and especially when dealing with mental heal you need to give your patients other options if you can’t help them.

my daughter had one appointment our follow up was cancelled and our third appointment she was a no show. for the sake of your mental health find someone else.

Very pleased with my experience with Dr. Heron. I can be a hard critic of psychiatrists because of my experience with medications. Dr. Heron is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with during sessions.
