Biography

Dr.Sanjay Kumar received his undergraduate education at New Delhi and received his BDS/MDS degree from the Magadh University earning a Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics. His Master’s thesis was devoted to Prosthodontic needs for the students of the University. Presently, Dr. Sanjay Kumar maintains two private practice limited to Prosthodontics, Implants & General Practice in New Delhi,India. He specializes in all areas of restorative dentistry, including fillings, crown and bridge, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. He is renowned for providing strong interdisciplinary care with a team of other specialists and/or referring general dentists that may be necessary for comprehensive treatment. He has extensive experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry and is a pioneer in the delivery of superior esthetics with implant crowns. To date, he has performed more than 2,250 implant procedures. Dr. Sanjay Kumar has lectured nationally on all aspects of cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry. In addition, he has provided training programs to dentists and dental technicians for implant restorations. He developed a dental technicians’ “hands on” training program for restoring dental implants. He is a member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society, the Academy of Implantology, the Indian Academy of Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Indian Dental Association. Currently, he lectures and counsels dentists and dental technicians on problem solving difficult implant cases.
