Ryan was my chiropractor for quite some time & I always felt so comfortable & confident that he knew what he was doing whilst I was in his care. Especially during my pregnancy. Lots of people are cautious about having any sort of treatment during these 9 months but his gentle approach & wealth of information about what was happening to my body was amazing for me & so helpful. Seeing him regularly right up until the birth of my son is what I feel helped with a quick & safe delivery. His aftercare was also such a great help. Those nights of falling asleep feeding in the recliner aren't the best for your neck!
I couldn't recommend Ryan enough! I was so sad to see him leave but wish him & his family the very best!

I had avoided chiropractors for years, as they were always too rough and I felt worse after than before! So I used Physiotherapists on and off, some acupuncture and needling as well. I had chronic discomfort in my upper traps for 10 years before I went to see Ryan at a friend's recommendation. By the second session I was cured by a seemingly simple and painless manipulation. It has been life-changing. I continued to see Ryan for a regular tune-up and he became an important part of my health and wellbeing. What I liked about Ryan's treatment was his holistic approach and his knowledge. He was also willing to listen to all my information to decide how best to treat me. We had a great rapport and his energy was uplifting.
He was always polite, professional, friendly and effective. Look no further for a chiropractor!

Ryan Coster has been “my” chiropractor for quite some time. I had complete trust in him for all my chiropractic needs. He was flexible and easy to talk to, always cheery and yet very professional. He would fine-tune the adjustment techniques he used to suit what suited my body. His techniques were gentle but effective. I loved the fact that he didn’t just “ adjust”, he worked with the muscles too. I will be hard pressed to find another chiropractor to fill his shoes. I have seen a number of Chiropractors over the past 15yrs and Ryan was the first to actually diagnose the issue correctly and initiate a treatment that has a lasting effect. I have seen him for 18 months and always found him to be personable and his treatments are gentle but sure and very effective. I have cut my need for treatment in half since seeing him. He is also prepared to incorporate other practitioners and exercise methods in his overall treatment to improve your quality of life. I was very sorry to see him leave and I'm not sure I will be able to find a good replacement. I wish him well in Canada and recommend him without hesitation.

I have seen Ryan over the past 2 years and have found him professional and personable with all of the skills to not only put your mind at ease but also to efficiently diagnose the issue and make the necessary adjustments. Ryan also proactively supports patients in providing a range of measures the patient can use to enhance their quality of life between visits.

Couldn't recommend Ryan enough, he has been my chiropractor for 5 years and has helped me greatly in recovery and prevention of injuries from sport and general life, he delivers a professional tailored solution to your individual needs and is very knowledgable in diagnosis, he is quick and firm in adjustments but gental at the same time, I'm not sure how he can be replaced now he is heading home to Canada but I wish him all the best.

I have been seeing Ryan Coster for five years. I love his holistic approach to health. Not only does Ryan look after my back, he motivates me to look after my overall health. Dr Ryan Coster has been our family chiropractor for almost 5 years. Ryan is a brilliant clinician and diagnostician, carefully examining and questioning and picking up issues that need treatment from himself or readily referring to other medical professionals. His approach is meticulously professional with a warm friendly personality, putting all members of our family at ease. This enables all of our family to receive treatment that aids their health and well being. Two of our family have spinal conditions which other chiropractors have often found difficult to adjust, but Ryan has worked to embrace methods which enable the adjustments needed to bring about pain relief and return to full health.
