Malpractice case Violated a patient's confidentiality. Judgmental in the fact he doesn't make 100 grand a year inferiority complex.

This doctor knows his medications but he never calls in your new prescriptions on time. Then I can never get a hold of him for quite awhile.

This doctor is kind-hearted. The Mental Health system is over-burdened but he manages to treat every patient with care, and he knows his subjects. I was helped by him. I will not forget this.

Cold as ice and rude. Unacceptable treatment and bedside manner for someone with a broken mind.

I've seen many psychiatrists over a 17 year period and Dr. Countess is hands down the worst. No bed side manner. He simply doesn't care about his patients and recommended a different type of med and than got upset when I wanted to stay on a medicine that had been working for me for years. I would recommend avoiding Dr. Countless. Cold distant and doesn't know his profession at all. He even tired to change a diagnosis I've had since 2001.

exceptionally easy to talk to, knowledgeable & caring- Dr. Countess came highly recommended by my GP (who is extraordinary herself), & I could not have been happier, or more impressed.
