I highly recommend Dr. Lam for anyone seeking compassionate and thorough medical care. Dr. Lam has never rushed through appointments and always take the time to listen and understand my concerns. Her patience is truly remarkable, and she has a special knack for working with kids, making them feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. I am grateful to have her as my family doctor.

I've been with Polly Lam for a good portion of my life, and I've learned that she's not helpful. Dismissive when it comes to poor health conditions. If you bring up feeling pain from a past chronic illness, then she would claim that it's a mental illness. Her dismissive behaviours and unethical claims resulted in the patient (myself) to having enduring internal bleeding for over a year, which was then attended to by the ER doctor. Please note that the ER doctor attended to it because I went to the hospital, realizing that my situation had worsened to the point that I would struggle to function with daily routines. In fact, if Polly Lam had attended, cared for and performed the ethical doctor's responsibility, then internal bleeding could've been prevented and, in this case, for over a year of internal bleeding. Misdiagnosing it as a mental illness and that you're overthinking is incredibly irresponsible.

Horrible doctor with zero empathy. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and when I called her to ask questions she told me I was exhausting and needed counselling. I’m sorry am I not allowed to ask questions about my diagnosis? Or ask if it’s genetic? I have never met a more disrespectful doctor in my life.

I Saw a review from someone else who also had doctor Morris before doctor lam. I agree 100% with what they said.. She knows nothing about mental health. She is not very understanding about mental health issues. She is also a very judgmental when she reads your chart and she draws her own conclusions about what kind of person you are. She was refusing to prescribe me something for my anxiety after I just had a baby during the pandemic and I was experiencing panic attacks. She was worried that I would " take them all at once" like a drug addict. She doesn't take the time to know who her patients actually are. Doctor Morris did. It's very sad that that I have to say this, but I would never recommend her to anybody. She also Repost tweets from doctor Tam. Scary. I am currently looking for a new family doctor.

Dr Polly Lam is a great doctor. I was having anxiety problems and she took over 20 minutes to talk with me to set up appropriate treatment, most doctors do not take the time, she truly cares and is an excellent doctor.

I had Dr. Lam after Dr Morris and I have never had such poor treatment. She really does not know mental health issues well, shes very cold and has terrible bedside manner. My family had to do independent research to get the help I needed because Dr Lam was unable to identify the problem and suggest a valuable and helpful solution. Loved Dr Morris she knew me since I was born and had such a better connection with her patients. I would not recommend Dr Lam to anyone. Though she is on time it's because she is short and uncaring. She rushes through the appointments and sometimes just gives testing even if it's over the top just to give you an answer so you'll leave. Her staff is odd they always ask why you are coming in for an appointment which is private and only for the doctor to know and I do not need to tell them its uncomfortable and the reason it to needing to know the amount of time the appointment may take. basically shes super systematic and treats her patients as numbers.
