I haven't seen this dentist yet and I already had an outrageously unpleasant experience. He doesn't seem to understand that people have work and meetings. I was attending back-to-back calls and after that, when I checked my phone, I saw his texts and a missed call, then he accused me of not being serious about making an appointment because I didn't answer his text right away. His behavior is childish, unprofessional and rude.

Yet another absurd and petty review written by someone who has never stepped foot inside my office. ‘Wendy' called my office at 1130am for an appointment . She confirmed an appointment time verbally over the phone then she immediately received a text requesting her contact and insurance info. After waiting four hours for Wendy to respond back (patients usually respond immediately within 5-10 min), I called her number but no answer. There was no option to leave a voicemail. I then sent a harmless text, ‘I guess you are not serious about scheduling appointment.’ Because she did not respond in a timely manner, her appointment was removed from standby (four hours at that point) then offered to the next person who just called. Wendy then texted after 4pm, nearly five hours after her phone call, she had 'back to back work calls and to cancel bc your behavior is unprofessional and impolite.' I was taken back by her text which was unexpected and unusual. A sane, respectful person would have apologized then explained the delay in response. I was willing to schedule another appointment at another time for her. She was upset for no reason. I responded ''how was I unprofessional and impolite? whatever'. She then immediately posted this pointless Yelp review literally within three minutes, falsely stating I became upset bc she did not answer right away. No response after waiting for four hours for her contact and insurance info is not considered 'right away.' Another patient needed to be seen. 'Wendy' could have communicated as others have done previously, 'I am at work now or don't know my insurance info but will text my info later when I am available'. I was never upset. Judging by her excessive amount of negative Yelp reviews (who has the time to write 100+ reviews? Smh.), it is for the best this quick to anger, entitled and irrational person who complains about everything has never become a patient. See her multiple 1-star reviews of Salon Drew written on 3/21. Owner Drew's response, "We have an incredibly loyal and supportive clientele who understands the hardship our business has gone through (due to Covid). Then, there are people like you. People who attack the livelihood of businesses who are just getting back on their feet by going on social platforms, creating falsehoods. Looking through your reviews of other businesses and the consistently petty nature in which you have picked them apart, it seems as though it is best for us all that you will never be a patron of ours." I could not have said it any better. Then you wrote a 1-star review for the next salon. Again, Smh. Update: This person keeps updating her review, wrote review on other sites, posted non-useful screenshots, then a 'James W.' posted a fake negative review which was removed by Yelp two hours later. Get a life. Then she writes she has an attorney, will complain to the board and BBB for cyber bullying, will file restraining order all bc of this business owner’s response.

Unprofessional, rude, and lies. Getting a 2nd look

This person, Christina, used her sister's Carecredit (third-party, interest-free financing) account or it was accidentally charged by Carecredit to pay for her emergency root canal and crown. Her sister disputed the charges later, stating she did not authorize her sister or anyone to use her Carecredit account. Christina refused to pay with her own account. Carecredit charged back everything. Irvine Police Dept (non-emergency line) were called and theft of services was reported. Police officer called Christine then forced her to pay on the spot or she would be taken to jail. This person then posted this review.

Great service! Dr. Lee is very nice and gentle. He has all the new and latest equipment and had my crown done in only one visit. His staffs are very friendly and they do care about the patients. The office is clean and very welcoming. I was very happy with my last visit and would recommend Dr.Lee to my friends.

Dr Lee is very thorough in his work but what I love is that he doesn't push procedures on you like a salesman- he goes over his diagnosis and his recommended treatment. He'll mention additional options for cosmetics etc but he likes to take care of the necessary treatment first. Great guy. I also appreciate that I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated, he values my time as much as his own.

Clean and modern office. Nice doctor. Had crown done in 1 visit. Felt no pain during the procedure.

Dr Lee was honest, caring, friendly, and professional during my first visit. He answered all my questions, gave my options, and didn't recommend any unnecessary procedures. His receptionist, Miki, was very helpful with checking my insurance benefits and scheduling my appointment. I booked appointments for my wife and 2 kids for next month. Will recommend my friends and co-workers.
