I have had several interactions with Dr Anderson and have always had a positive experience with both him and his staff, if you need a gastroenterologist you have my recommendation.

Knowledge and punctuality were excellent, Tried his best to provide me with answers to my symptoms, and took his advice to heart. Did not really interact with staff during appointment, but setting up the appointment was easy and quick which I always appreciate.

The consultation with Dr. Anderson was very helpful and informative. The follow-up with the clinic for the necessary procedure was terrific - even scheduling flexibility due to inclement weather! I felt well cared for throughout the entire process and procedure. The follow-up appointment was scheduled via a phone call from the clinic. Very refreshing, as generally those are made only if the patient makes the call. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the clinic!

Pour a cup and pull up a chair 'cause the after visit was not pretty. First of all, I did not receive notification the blood draw was ordered until I called five days later. I was told then the order would be sent to Willamette Falls (my choice) but two days later when I went to WF the order was not there. I called Oregon Clinic and gave the answering person the direct line to the WF check in desk and waited 30 minutes but no order. I called again and the person answering my call this time told me the order had to go through the Providence hub which could take 3 to 4 days, news to me. When I advised the WF check in person the situation she called OC, selecting Doctor, and connected with a person who confirmed the hub system. While on the phone with OC, both order confirmations arrived, one from two days earlier, apparently from the hub, and the second from my earlier call that day. The blood draw was eventually done and the results were posted quickly. Here's the deal: When my granddaughter in her experience as a phlebotamist (sp?) with the Legacy system learned it was Oregon Clinic, she stated while the doctors are great, the infrastructure/support system is not, something I could attest to in this experience. Here's your sign: Keep the docs, shake up the support system. I suppose I could expect push back from the staff in future dealings but I believe the medical community would prefer an honest evaluation rather than blowing smoke that is useless. The missing key here is communication.

Every step of the procedure was well-explained and efficient. Felt confident that staff and Dr. Anderson would take great care of me, which they did. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.
