She’s rude, speeds through the visit after waiting an hour and a half.. doesn’t give the time for the patient to understand what is being said. Does not respect patient’s time, but patients must respect hers. She’s the professional you know. Degrading and very unprofessional. She has her staff book more patients then she can handle in order to bill OHIP. To have a sign posted to expect a 60 minute wait time says it all. Not impressed, not returning.

I wish I have checked he reviews first …Spending an hour more than the appointment time in waiting room just to be called to wait in another room. I could see her looking at her phone on social media. Rude bad doctor .. I would give zero

I had a great experience.! Dr Ghiasi was the only doctor that helped with my skin condition. She explained everything about my rare skin condition throughly. She took all my calls. Her staff were very respectful and professional. I am so fortunate that I was referred to her. I have been seen by 20 dermatologist and also was a case study at a hospital for my condition and no one was helpful until I met Dr. Ghiasi.

She spoke rudely and impatiently. She interrupted my explanation of my symptoms several times. She had a terrible bed side manner

I have been seeing Dr Ghiasi for various fair-haired skin issues since 2019 and followed her to her new practice in Vaughan. She has been exceptional throughout this time... informative, caring, proactively diagnosing/ treating issues and easy to connect with via phone when needed. My ever-changing work schedule has also meant many shifts in appointment times and days, and her front office staff have been very accommodating on this. I could not be more impressed!

Did not find the office decor impressive, it stood out as weird & creepy - especially the glass jars/bowls of empty drug vials on the counters (other offices have candies in such jars). Staff seems to be ever-changing: usually 2-3 employees in reception area, but haven't seen the same one twice (if she treats her staff as poorly as her patients, this might explain why) - also a serious LACK of communication skills all around. After trying to explain how her software/tech. system was personally offensive, impersonal, lacking in privacy & confidentially, as well as being ineffective, her response was to launch into defending & trying to justify herself – this only served to add insult to injury (salt in wounds). I was so distraught that I was on the verge of tears due to her lack of compassion/empathy (this seems to be a theme with this doctor). Her reaction to my benign attempt to explain my feelings & prevent future such harm to me as well as others left me in a distressed state including but not limited to focus impairments & lasting trauma impact. I felt like I’d encountered a cyborg – she seemed more interested & concerned with software, tech., & pharmaceuticals than humans. I wonder what happened to the ‘Hippocratic oath’ of “do no harm”? I don’t think I am the only one who hopes to feel better during and after a medical appointment, NOT WORSE!

Dr. NAZLI GHIASI was not a very pleasant person to speak to. She has no manner at all - very rude and unprofessional. I would not trust her at all to treat my skin condition. She assumed too much when doing the diagnosis without first listening to what the patient has to say. She gets mad quite easily if you say something or ask questions that she doesn't like. I had a horrible experience seeing her. I wouldn't recommend anyone with any type of problems come to her.

Dr ghiassi was god sent for us. My daughter was suffering from bad eczema for years with bad effect on her mental health. She was so patient with her and has brought her eczmea under very good control, i would say her skin is mostly clear. We are so thankful

I would never recommend this doctor to anybody! I was referred to Dr. Ghiasi for a very bad skin reaction I was having. I am 83 years old and have never been treated so unprofessionally in all my life. My husband came with me on my first visit appointment. I told the doctor about a rare skin condition I had many years ago. My husband asked her if she’d seen it before and offered to show her a picture, which I had been advised by doctors to carry with me since it was so uncommon. At that point she got very defensive and accused us of questioning her credentials, which was not what we were doing at all. Rather, we were simply giving her background and context (which any decent professional would welcome) to help her help me. As you can imagine, I was taken aback by this reaction. There I was suffering and scared because of this terrible skin condition praying that Dr. Ghiasi could help me and instead she literally scolds me for trying to provide her with important context. When my husband & I left her office, we were both just dumbfounded at what took place at the appointment.

It gets worse...
A few weeks later I had to go back for my follow up appointment. The two people at reception were different then before and told me I did not have an appointment. I showed them the appointment card I was given and they let me in. When Dr. Ghiasi came in I asked her an innocent question about the staff. She then started screaming at me and saying I’m disrespectful. I tried to apologize as I had no intention to disrespect her, but the yelling didn’t stop. She was still stewing about my husband offering to show her a picture and repeatedly said how disrespectful that was. After a few minutes of sitting there letting her yell at me and trying to apologize for upsetting her, she finally stopped, barely looked at me and told me I was fine. The appointment was abruptly ended.

It gets even worse...
I learned that in the notes she sent to my G.P. and the referring doctor, she "reports" on how rude and disrespectful of a patient I was and barely covered my medical issues in the note. I have been with my G.P for over 30 years and have never had any issues like this. She was as just as shocked as I was. Mind-boggling!

I am shocked to have been treated this way by a doctor, and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. She had me in tears and made me feel so awful. I hope this review can prevent others from having a similar experience.
