I was shocked to learn that, my wife's female doctor has quit her practice in Pitt Meadows and relocated to Alberta, and was told of that fact in July 2023 as I wanted to book a mammogram screening test. We, like others according to the Pitt Meadows Wellness Clinic staff, were unaware of such developments and deserve better notification. It is sad, and raises eyebrows that, the patients were never phoned or emailed about the news. Happy trails and now we have to scramble for a replacement physician, sad. Not impressed despite meeting Latti a few times and to simply put up a notice on her quitting on the clinic's door in early 2023, as told by the clinic, is sad...

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Latti and was told she quit practicing. I asked if she was going to inform her patients and was told, "Oh, I guess she hasn't done that yet." The staff at the clinic told me that this information was on her website, but when I look, she is still listed as one of the practicing doctors and we had no notice whatsoever, and no replacement doctor. She told me that she had more than 1,000 patients, and now that many people are without a doctor. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this doctor. I have had a few other disturbing incidents: I had a telephone appointment, and when she called 45 minutes late, she ranted about her patients not sticking to the "1 question" rule, which is why she was very late. I politely reminded her that "I was one of her patients" and perhaps save that conversation for a family member--not a patient. Further, she gives the impression that she is annoyed to see you and you are taking up too much of her time. Further, she does not spend any time to discuss what might be wrong; instead, she quickly refers you to a specialist--oftentimes never getting a phone call from the referred doctor's office ever again. The staff are no help when you phone to try to figure out if you really were referred. And, the wait times are extraordinary, and there is no friendly greeting on the phone.

Seems annoyed when having an appointment, like you are a walkin clinic patient she has never seen.
Does not contact patient after test or biopsy results come back that are flagged. It takes you calling the office to see if the results are in and making an appointment (and waiting a few more days) to get life altering results. This is not a one time problem with her, it has happened over and over for the last few years.
Incompetent office staff just adds to the issues with the Dr.
Then she ups and moves to Alberta with no notice to all her patients and no plans for a new Dr to take on her patient load leaving us all stranded.
If she's now your doctor in Alberta, RUN!!!

Dr Latti has been our family physician for the past 6 or 7 years now. She is kind and compassionate and by far the best doctor we've ever seen. She takes the time to listen and is extremely respectful in every regard. I would (and do) highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Latti is a good doctor for general purposes, but not very adept at realizing when circumstances are serious and needing the necessary actions to be taken before things become grave. Both my husband and I have lost faith in Dr. Latti for her undue care and attention when serious health issues are not recognized and become life threatening. Bad judgement in recognizing serious health indicators. Very, very disappointing and disconcerting with lack of knowledge or follow up when diminshed health is clearly evident. Staff are absolutely useless. Many times without follow up on call backs from specialists and no communication to patients who have waited for months only to find out that the staff member has forgotten to call and notify the patient. Again, lost all faith in this doctor and her staff and starting to look elsewhere for a more experienced and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr Latti is superb.
She is always kind and considerate when listening to your needs. She doesn't pill push and doesnt push back when you have done your research on referrals. Unfortunately she isnt our family Dr, another Dr at her clinic is and im always trying my best to be seen by her. Thereasa the receptionist management is fantastic also but the other receptionists need more training. Their telephone system during covid is constantly having problems which they are failing to update so people are missing valuable appointments.

Has been negligent in many ways. I question her training and ability to diagnose patients properly. It’s unfortunate that it’s so hard to find family doctors in the Ridge Meadows area.

Kind and compassionate. Always has time to ease my anxiety and never makes me feel unimportant or foolish. Never dismissive. When she doesn't have the answers, she refers to the best she can find. I am very thankful to have her as my regular doctor.

Fantastic Dr. Clinic itself has had struggles but does seem to be improving. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
