The worst staff I've ever dealt with. 22 days and she keeps fighting with me on who does the referral for a Mri. I told her she does not the imaging place. The insurance company confirmed. I got so sick of arguing I canceled the whole procedure. While waiting to see the doctor I asked the other patients how they felt the doctor was they said he was great but the staff was the worst they've had ever encountered and now I can confirm that

I called Dr. Silver's office in Sherman yesterday as the hospital referred me to him as I was in a wreck almost a year ago and now have Chiari Malformation. All of the symptoms started and and have continually gotten worse. I have been searching for a neurologist that understands what Chiari is. I asked for an appointment and asked if they took a Letter of Protection or I could pay. The lady said did not accept self pay, a letter of protection, and did not deal with auto accidents. I asked her if they could recommend anyone so she put me on hold for 10 seconds and came back and said no. The lady acted like I didn't deserve to be helped. She really made me feel bad. So if you have Chiari from an auto accident and do have insurance don't call this doctor because there must not be enough money in it for him. Karma!!!
