Dr Chapple and the entire staff and team provide exceptional professional service

I was impressed with everything associated with my entire procedure. One thing that stuck out was that I appreciated that Dr. Chapple was very forthcoming with warning me that the first two weeks after my surgery, I would feel like a truck ran me over. This allowed my wife and me to be prepared for that. Unfortunately, my mind had a very bad reaction to the oxycodone, and I would never take that particular medication again. The only confusing issue, was that originally, my surgery was scheduled for 12/4/19, and, on 12/2/19, I received a letter from my insurance company, that they would not cover the surgery (it was finally ironed out, and the procedure took place 1/17/20). Wouldn't someone from Dr. Chapple's office normally make sure, well in advance, that all of the insurance issues are clearly taken care of? That part seemed quite odd to me, as well as very unsettling. Also, one final note, I had a post-op visit with Dr. Chapple on 2/18/20. He had suggested that I conduct my P.T. sessions at the Morristown re-hab facility. The next day, I called them to make an appointment, and was shocked when they told me that they had no openings until 3/17! There was no way that I was going to postpone my P.T. a full month. I contacted Kessler re-hab in my home town of Linden, and I began the P.T. on the very next day. I wrapped up 20 sessions, and am now exercising at home, mostly with free weights, every other day, and I am making strides with regaining strength in my arms.

I came in feeling very nervous, but his staff is very friendly and Dr. Chapple is very laid back. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with what the next steps would be towards getting me out of the daily pain I'm currently in. I'm leaving feeling very hopeful and confident that Dr. Chapple will be able to help me.
