Dr. Lafontaine replaced my permanent retainer and did an amazing job! I never feel rushed when asking questions as she has a great bedside manner with her patients. The staff is also amazing and all do a wonderful job.

Staff is great! Dr Kristi, on the other hand, not so great.
Took x-rays and never told me about an abscess I had. After 5 1/2 months I was is excruciating pain. I went to see her again. Took x-rays and again, never mentioned an abscess. I was living on Tylenol and Advil. Was away in another province shortly after seeing Dr. Lafontaine and went to a dentist there. They told me immediately I had an abscess and very bad infection. They told me my dentist in Regina should have saw that on X-ray , as they showed me and it was very hard to miss. They also told me my dentist should have given me antibiotics, which never happened. I am so thankful for the dentist I saw out of province. A wonderful dentist. They were more concerned about me than my own dentist. Needless to say, I have a new dentist now and love my new dentist!
I will never go back to Dr. Lafontaine nor recommend her to anyone. Very disappointed in her.

Not a very nice dentist and the staff are always grumpy. Make you feel rushed and unimportant. I left one visit crying, I'm not even sure why I just felt the vibe was very uninviting.

While Dr. Lafontaine is knowledgeable. The staff seems disorganized and the appointment was nearly 45 minutes late to start. I don't have that kind of time to waste during a work day.
