He is so awesome, he remembers his patients from ER. He listens, he thinks outside of the box. He is so patient, kind and gentle. I used to cringe going to ER, in fear of a horrible doctor and now you cross your fingers you will see his smiling face! Thanks for all you do! ❤️

He always takes the time to ask you how you are and explains what the issues are and he cares. I hope he loves grande prairie because he would be a huge loss if he ever left.

Very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Him and his staff are very caring and take the time to make sure you are taken care of. Josef always makes sure you are satisfied with the how the appt went before you leave. Not one bad thing to say him or his staff. Great doctor and staff!

Shows care and interest in your concerns and makes sure you are satisfied with your discussion/consultation before leaving. His staff are equally caring and never make you feel awkward about anything. Definitely a great doctor and staff.

He pushes antidepressants and doesn't look into why your blood tests are out of whack. Tells you its all in your head. My thyroid was sky high, ferritin levels were off the charts. That didn't matter to him. I told him I was exhausted all the time and I was told I am depressed. Horrible doctor.
