My wife has developed an upper respiratory infection. She needs to be seen to get simple antibiotics. The doctor's office replied his assistant said " they will not treat us until we have a covid tests. It is Friday afternoon, tomorrow is Saturday. How can we get all that done before they leave the office. Why is it that in 2022 there are no more bronchitis, upper respiratory problems, regular cold and flu. Only covid. We waited for an answer until almost close of business and did not receive a return call. My wife had to call them to hear this Ludacris news. Doctors are not concerned about their patients anymore. This one says they will not treat us until......Hopefully can find a new doctor .

Hi, I visited Dr Florimonte for the first time in early Sept. He put me in for blood work and said he would call after he got results. Tuesday the next week he said. I got results mailed to me the next week. The results were not very good and I have no meds left. So, I called him, and called him. I left messages and tel numbers over and over. 8 times I left my messages and asked him to return my call, AS HE PROMISED but NEVER DID. But still no reply. I will start the process over with another doctor, since I just moved to HI. Thought you should know about this POOR conduct and service.

The only complaint I have is with the front desk. They seem to view patients there as cattle coming in and out. I was very disappointed, and will be selecting a new office soon. I wish to have been serviced like Dr. Ryan's office before he retired. Now THAT is a great office staff! Take a lesson or 2 Dr. Florimonte's office!

I ONLY DID A FEW TESTS THEIR AND THEY CHARGED ME 50% OF ALL THE SERVICES, WHICH IS INCORRECT BECAUSE I HAVE AN HMO WITH A COPAY OF $14. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND DOCTOR WASN'T VERY POLITE, I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DOCTOR, BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS YOUR MONEY. I ALSO HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH HMSA BC/BS AND WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I HOPE THIS DOCTOR GETS PUT OUT OF THE MARKET BECAUSE OF THIS MATTER.

i have been a patient of Dr. Florimonte's for almost 5 years and he is a wonderful, caring doctor. He spends more time listening to me and other patients than any other doc I have ever been to. He is very thorough in his notes, medication monitoring, and is up to date on new treatments available for certain dangerous but common illnesses and diseases. He will answer any question you have and likes to be punctual in seeing his patients. He has referred me to specialists and has been consistent in following up with their reports, even if he has to request them himself. He has really gone out of his way to remedy the situation when I am in pain. Thank you doctor!!
