Dr. Ip is a very competent professional and amazing at what she does. I have never been this satisfied with my prescription since I have a very high prescription and adapting to a new prescription can be challenging. However, I absolutely loved the prescription that Dr. Ip gave me. I had a very smooth transition from the old prescription to my current one. In her office, I received the best eye exam experience in the past 15 years.

I went to Dr. Ip for a vision test at Markville Mall. Although relatively young, she was very knowledgeable and confident in her work. She was patient with my questions and was warm and upfront. Planning to go to her for subsequent vision tests.
