Pickett denied me a referral for neurologist for nearly 2 years despite my neurological symptoms I have been experiencing. I ended up with a rare disease and have to see a neurosurgeon over it. For two years this doctor ignored everything, and allowed his patient to endure pain. And told to just smile, that it'd make me feel better when requesting to be on an antidepressant.
The office staff are extremely rude.
They also do not send in your meds when they say they will, it took 4 days of having to call to get meds sent in.
The only good thing about this awful place was my nurses. They were the only ones truly genuinely nice and cared.
Avoid. Pickett. He shouldn't be in this field, if allowing patients to suffer and denying medical tests.
His only solution to everything is taking the max dose of tylenol extra strength every single day for two years. Instead of trying to find the actual medical issue to fix it. Way to let your patient's suffer.

They take time filling meds, they do not listen to you at all or your concerns, refused referrals to get into specialist. Refused to help treat existing conditions, and even refused to give patient pain meds for chronic pain for MONTHS. Even denied her anti- depressants when asked SEVERAL times expressing having a bad reaction to the kind they gave her. Just smile more. The front desk staff has always been rude and unprofessional.
Go to someone else, who will listen to you and your health. Cause he sure the heck does NOT CARE. nor does his nurse!! Unprofessional, unreliable, absolutely horrid.

I was blackballed by Dr Pickett for a previous complaint, in 2012 for a separate complaint against a hospital.

He sucks! He blackballed me and left me for dead! I had no warning no phone call and no letters. He is neglectful and he will dismiss you I'd you don't comply.
