Incompetent and very bad work ethics. This somebody needs more training, I can't even call him a doctor or dentist. He made me suffer through the whole experience of a root canal with him. He didn't properly numb my mouth nor clean the pulp properly leading to serious issues. He doesn't know what he is doing. I hope more people see these real negative reviews so they don't become victims. He doesn't admit to his mistakes and unapologetic when he is clearly in the wrong and didn't do his job properly. And he didn't want to fix anything and try to find more ways to get more payment. He is cruel with no heart and just see $$$.

Horrible experience here, avoid Gary Cymbaluk. He doesn't have any knowledge of anything related to dentistry. He is arrogant and rushes the appointments and doesn't communicate anything and goes between patients. He damaged my teeth more than it was and made it extremely painful and hasn't been cured yet, all caused by him and not knowing what he's doing and making mistakes. He also doesn't admit to his mistakes and is very irresponsible. All he cares about is getting as much money from you as he can without solving your problems and causing you more pain and headaches!!! He works at the Dental Care Centre and Bear Creek Dental so avoided those clinics and spread the word!!!

Excellent dentist, great with kids. Scheduling and reception very helpful in scheduling around different peoples schedules for appt.

Had a last minute appt. to get some troubled teeth dealt with. Always had a fear/phobia of dentists. Dr. Cymbaluk is the kindest, most gentle Dentist I have ever had work done on by. Highly highly recommend. Everything was done with the utmost care and attention.

A truly excellent dentist! I got all of my wisdom teeth taken out and it was actually a good experience. Dr. Cymbaluk was accommodating to my initial fear and did everything he could to make the procedure simple and painless. During the extraction, I felt completely relaxed and it was done before I knew it . He also made sure I knew what to expect from the healing process and was optimistic and encouraging. Highly recommend :)
