Biography

Dr Frank Connon is a highly trained orthopaedic hip and knee surgeon with extensive Australian and International experience and published author on Surgical Approaches to the Hip. Dr Connon is the only surgeon on the Sunshine Coast with international fellowship training in the Direct Anterior Approach for total Hip Replacement. He is also comprehensively trained and accredited in performing Robotic Total Knee Replacements in appropriate patients. Dr Connon is regularly invited to present his work on hip and knee replacements at Australian and International meetings and often has Australian and International surgeons and trainees visiting the Sunshine Coast to learn his techniques.
