It took a while but I will have my day at the Medecine college against this clown in a few weeks...just got it confirmed today, yeah!...this guy is bad!...will leave you untreated and on purpose.....very unpleasant individual to deal with in his office....very conceited and rude....never on time and will try to get the staff to gang on you when they are confronted to their unexperince and quick to pass it on on the patient's fault, as he won't take any....I was only a few months with this clown before I caught on his game...he of course takes advantage of the doctor's shortage to act as a complexed Napoleon and expose you to misery and hell when you are fiesty.....with that clown , you can't win....he likes it if you don't rise up and despises you when you are factual with your own health.... even put me on anti depressive medication that I didn't neeed to "numb me" , I suspect to have a better hold on you, and he knows wich one to prescribed to achieve that goal...among other many things...can't wait...hey it won't do much but if I complained, Im am sure many others did...

Very disappointed.
Their phone and email appears to have been down for months.

We’ve been actively looking for a new doctor for months and they can’t even acknowledge our request to be removed as patients.

If it wasn’t for the Omni Clinic’s after hours service we wouldn’t even be able to renew our prescriptions. They also didn’t have anything nice to say about him.

Absolutely the worst experience! This doctor goes on leave and all his patients are scrambling. He screens phone calls, and returnes only ones necessary. Super unprofessional. Would never recommend this gp to anyone. Find another one! Super unhappy with my experience.

Takes 2-3 MONTHS to get an appointment - every time - and most of the time when you show up for the appointment it's his nurse practitioner who sees you and he is nowhere to be seen.

Never actually met Dr. Bilodeau, he would rather have his NP see patients, yet he keeps his office closed more often than open... totally useless as a family doctor

I thank my lucky stars for having found Dr. Bilodeau. He's knowledgeable, professional, understanding, kind, caring and courteous. He goes out of his way to help as best as possible with whatever issue at hand. He has even called me by phone (while he was away on vacation with his family) to give me the reassurances I so badly needed (and good news ) of specific scan results that I was quite worried about. I don't know of any other doctor who would've taken the time, while on his family vacation, to call a patient directly!

He has helped me with my issues in numerable ways, as he follows through with his
recommendations; always finds the right avenue for treatment, and promptly makes the correct referrals, as needed.

I highly commend this doctor and I wish him well, always!

Dr. Bilodeau was the locum at the Cochrane, On. ER when I visited with a serious problem. He was competent, factual, informative and compassionate, other doctors should be so professional.

I had high blood pressure when I first went to see Dr Bilodeau & was prescribed medication to lower the blood pressure. Also had pain in my heel from plantar facilitus & was given injection, really helped to ease the pain. Ver good Dr & very compationate with his patients, his staff are also very nice to interact with.

Ive been seeing Doctor Bilodeau since my back injury in 2018. Very knowledgeable, compationate towards his patients. Since then he's became the family doc for my wife and 3 children
