I have had continually inconsistent experiences with this Doctor. The office keeps losing my records.

We're giving this doctor bad reviews because:
1) when my 93-year-old mother arrived for a confirmed appointment, the office did not have her on the schedule. The secretary, however, said that she thought the doctor could fit my mother in
2) But then the secretary came back to say that the doctor would not see my mother--her schedule was too full (there was one other person in the waiting room), we would have to come back in a week. Shouldn't you give the patient the benefit of the doubt in that situation, and try to rectify a mistake?
3) At my mother's previous appointment, the doctor had sent her to the hospital for a test, and had promised to call ahead. She did not do that. When my mother arrived, the hospital had to call the doctor multiple times before they got through to learn what needed to be done. There seems to be a pattern here, maybe absent-mindedness, maybe not caring enough to follow through.

Had bunion/bunionette surgery. Dr. E.Cook is exceptionally patient-oriented, respectful, skilled, and shockingly on-time for office visits and surgery. I have rarely met such a w
onderful surgeon/doctor.
