J’ai attendu presque 1 an, pour la voir seulement 5 minutes. Elle a regardé ma peau même pas une seconde, posé 2-3 questions, puis m’a prescrit des crèmes… elle n’a pas pris le temps de répondre à mes questions et mes inquiétudes, n’a pas écouté ce que j’avais à dire, n’a pas pris en compte les recommandations de mon médecin de famille… on se sent vraiment comme un numéro, s’en est presque insultant. Une dermato qui ne regarde pas ta peau…

I have bad folliculitis or detmatitis. She barely looked at me and didnt listen to a word I said. No questions . Nothing. I wasn't sleeping nights because of my scalp. She dismissed me with a prescription that didnt help at all.

Worst dermatologist, no professionalism, she never take her time to listen to you and she's still not on time for the appointment. BS

Tres mauvaise expérience, j'ai été la voir pour des taches qui m'inquiétaient et me rendaient un peu anxieux
j'étais près du lit, et elle assise à son bureau j'ai enlevé mon chandail pour lui montrer les taches et elle à lever les yeux une fois en faisant signe de la tête ..non. Elle ne s'est pas levé pour examiner les taches et même pendant que je lui parlais ou, lui montrais les autres taches elle écrivait et ne me répondait pas aux questions que je lui posais. Je croyais sortir de là avec au moins un semblant de réponse.... mais non! mes taches ont changées de formes et de couleur et je suis encore sur les nerfs de ne pas savoir rien, et surtout d'avoir réussi la voir mais pour absolument rien...la question? Mais qu'est ce qu'elle fait dans notre système de santé.

The very worst dermatologist in Canada , it looks like we are in an interogatory in a police station, she stay in front of her computer and liquidate her patients , what a disgrace to health.
Never go back to see her , very cold and unpleasant.

Seemed that Dr. Cao, couldn’t wait to get me out the door. Doesn’t look at you much , more concentrated on writing notes. When I left her office I felt the examination was not very complete.

I have lived on four continents and Dr. Cao is one of the very few dermatologists who make the right diagnosis, promptly and with a smile. The only explanation for the bad reviews is personal issues or personality problems. A.O. Montréal May 31, 2023.

The appointment didn't start on time. Not surprising in QC. And when I did go in, her stress and need to rush through my session was palpable. I get that our medical system is overloaded, but I had questions and her answers were dismissive. I felt as though she just wanted me out. Terse replies, no recommendations, preferred to type her notes than address me directly. I took the appointment because they got me to see her in under a week, but I should've asked for another Derm and waited months on a list.

Great Dermatologist. Perfectly Bilingual!!! Took care of all my questions. Had some questionable markings and she either removed it or checked it. She sent anything that was questionable to the lab.
