While the doctor is pleasant he does seems distracted. Husband and I have had difficulty getting medication renewed through our pharmacy. Pharmacy told us this is an ongoing problem with most of his patients. Not sure if this is a staff issue or the doctor’s issue.

The office is filled with nice people who have created a process of utter chaos. It is faster to go in as a walk-in patient that try to reach the desk by phone. There is no on-line booking. At time the chaos is so evident that you can see it is hard for the doctors themselves to focus on your appointment. Once they are focused, the result is a very positive one. It seems that the practice is better at serving walk-in clients than getting to know their patient base.

The staff and the dr are very nice people. The clinic atmosphere is professional and clean. In last August the meet and greet was impressive and for the first few follow ups went great.

Then in the fall they all seemed to be disconnected from each other and a lot of wasted energy dealing with disconnects between the support staff and doctors. It's a combined walkin and family practice but the walkin way of thinking seems to prevail. It's like starting over again with on each follow up visit. He seems to be distracted and overwhelmed of late. It's stressing out a lot of the new patients.

We were hoping the clinic reno over christmas things would become more organised but not the case and word now seems to be spilling around town from the pharmacies and other clinics.

We like to be loyal and supportive to our local businesses in town and want to see them succeed. We all hope they can get past this as they have so many good people. Maybe an office manager would help get them all connected better.
