Great doctor. She always listens and acknowledges any issues you have with an action plan. Can't ask for any better doctor in the city! The receptionist is great as well.

Dr. Russell has always been pleasant, kind and compassionate. She actually listens to her patients by not being dismissive and is always honest and eager to learn about illnesses she is not overly familiar with.

Unfortunately I have to give this a partial like. I have had Dr. Russell and I do like her. I have moved out of the province and am now moving back. I called them to let them know we are coming back and was told they closed our file and she is no longer my dr. This is very unfortunate because I feel this is something they should have told us in the beginning. They did not tell us this and this is unfair. We told them we would be back, so I am ticked with this office now. You just can't close some ones file without letting them know. Not pleased with this aspect of the business

She pushes her personal beliefs on her patients. Also I was kicked out of the room while trying to breast feed a baby in a passive aggressive manner.

One of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She never makes me feel rushed, listens to my questions, and explains things well. She has made a big difference in my health - I'm so grateful to have her as my family doctor!
