Dr is very empathic and listens to his patients’ concerns and needs

How can a person like him to be a Doctor?
He don’t even look at you , no answers at all about my situation. I had have to google it to find help to my problem .

I have never had anything other than a great experience with him. He has always been extremely helpful.

Is not even 1 star but there is no other choice. Is unfortunate that this person is a Doctor, just in paper, he doesn't care about anyone or anything, he doesn't listen or help, he even laughs at me and my situation, he couldn't care less about my pain and what I need it, I had to solve everything going to different doctors and E.R they sent me to surgery and fixed all my health issues without seeing him again, I can't believe someone without any knowledge or emphaty can be able to "treat " patients. I am looking for a good professional that is a Doctor for the right reasons.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Doctor Moreno and his staff, I fell in 2017 and tore the meniscus lateral and medial in my knee he immediately sent me to a great orthopedic surgeon. Prescribed a special brace for my knee to give me support. Without him I would never have been diagnosed with breast cancer, all through that battle he calls to see if I'm ok. I find him to be very thorough, if he can't help me he won't stop until he finds someone who can. The staff are friendly and caring, I love love love this practice. :) :) :) :)

My family and I have been patients of Dr. A, Moreno for 7 years. And I can recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family dr, especially those that speak Spanish and little English, since he speaks Spanish very well. He is very respectful and kind and he does care for his patients and pays attention to medical issues. He refers you to other members of the healthcare team depending on your problem. We are very happy with him. He is a great doctor.

Stuck up doctor who does not even look at you, nor listen. Had a bad cold and he had me go through an asthma and sleep test when I was telling him it was not that and begged for an xray. Then he basically accused me of lying of my pain from an accident that happened. He is a piece of work. Go elsewhere. His receptionist and nurse are really nice though.
