Dr pont is amazing. He was the dr who got the ball rolling when I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. He put rushes on my tests and called some of the best oncologists Sutter had and asked them to rush my appointment and to start my treatments asap. And when I had to have a surgery he held my hand and sung to me until i went under because I was so scared and in tears. I’m so thankful for him making my care a priority when no one else did. He is the best.

Dr. Pont's negligence and dismissive care lead to our baby's death on October 19th 2020. He was the doctor in charge of our surrogate's care while being pregnant with our baby. First off he rarely acknowledged me as an Intended Parent. Our surrogate supposedly authorized consent to have us as intended parents receive the medical records pertaining to our baby during the whole pregnancy. We NEVER got these records only ones we got were on October 20th the day our dead was delivered.
The only response we got from Dr. Pont was via a text from our surrogate(in the below picture )that her elevated blood pressure on October 12th (7 days before our baby dies)was not affecting her liver so this apparently was good and then it said bye for now(from Dr. Pont). There was no response in that email to our surrogate to follow up, have her check and or monitor her blood pressure.
The crazy thing is is that being a surrogate is a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY by which he knew but didn't seem to treat her as such. This is what we do not understand in that why she was not treated as MORE high risk but rather the opposite. On top of the elevated blood pressure account(2 weeks leading up to the due date) we still received NO medical records AT ALL!!!! Our surrogate mentioned on numerous occasions that our baby was having "hiccups" A LOT which was either not noted or dismissed all together by Dr. Pont and or his staff. If you look up "infant hiccups" that were happening very often
ESPECIALLY at the end stage of pregnancy it is a sign that baby is in distress. Our baby was OBVIOUSLY in distress because a few days later our baby was pronounced dead!!! At this point we suspect something is being covered up. Please save yourself from ending up with a doctor that could be participating in malpractice of some sort and or foul play in my opinion!!!

My best friend’s surrogate lost the baby just days short of her due date. Dr. Pont should have treated it as a high risk but failed to do so. Tragic.

I have had dr pont as my Dr for 30 yrs he has delivered my children ..and took care of my daughter with her pregnancy. .I have had two surgeries done by him ..Dr Pont is the most caring doctor I know I trust my life in his care ...he is very knowledgeable. .and has good bed side manners ..I have referred my family and friends to him

As a Husband attending pre-natal appointments with my wife, Dr. Pont was very informative and comforting. He makes men happy that he is taking care of a wife's OB needs. Jon delivered both of my sons and I couldn't be more satisfied with my wife's Dr.

Dr. Pont is a great Doctor. I have been going to him since he delivered my twins back in 2001 . He is Very Knowledgeable, caring and patient doctor that takes the time to answer questions and concerns you may have.
