Was my doctor for approximately 12 years. I did not see him very often since my appointments were because of sleep apnea which only required office visits if having an issue. The first few appointments were with him but I was switched to his nurse practitioner. After the NP left I had one last appointment with Dr. Cervoni. He had always been considerate, helpful and knowledgable until my last appointment when he was rude and arrogant because he did not approve of the equipment his NP had prescribed a few years earlier. I have no knowledge of why the NP had made the decisions she had made. His anger and raised voice were waisted on me. I had been following the NP instructions to the letter and have no idea why he became so unglued with me. I left and never looked back. My current doctor believes that hardware is the best on the market. So I don't know if Dr. Cervoni was having a bad day or if I had a glimpse into the real man. Maybe he doesn't do well when he doesn't get his own way.

This MD is very rude, has no bedside manners. Dr. refuses to see and talk to patients' family without setting up special meetings. His assessment for the day while you are in the hospital is him looking in the room. Does not come in and talk to you or even do an assessment at all. Want people to be aware that this is happening.

He is a very caring doctor and always ready to give you an honest answer. He is kind, friendly and good natured. He is honest with his findings and always looking for ways to help wherever he can. If I had to rate him on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give him a 15 as I feel he is that good.
